The problematic of those places in Italy, which continue falling, and which are abandoned because of carelessness or force majeure, inspired the structure and the poetic of the furniture piece.
The bookcase was built with boards of larch wood reclaimed in an old attic; planed and smoothed they turned out to be useful again. In the bookcase are inserted illuminated images like light-boxes, which document that in the Italian territory the "collapses" continue being both a historical and current theme.
